Foods for Breast Feeding Moms to avoid

Please see below for a list of "gas inducing" foods to avoid for nursing Moms:
Vegetables
Broccoli
Green Peppers
Cabbage
Brussel Sprouts
Cauliflower
Tomato
Tomato Juice
Corn
Cucumber
Onions
Garlic
Turnips
Rhubarb
Kale
Fruits
Apple (especially peels)
Bananas (can cause constipation)
Citrus fruits
Figs
Coconut
Drinks
Milk (lactose intolerance can provoke reflux in some people)
Coffee (even decaffeinated)

Carbonated
